1. Install the assembled
wheel' s axle (#9) into the
frame' s sleeve on the side
of the fuel tank (Fig. 1).
Align the wheel' s detent
pin with the sleeve hole.
Push the axle into the
sleeve until the pin pops
out. Repeat with the other wheel on the other side.
2. Slide the upper frame handle (#20) over the
two upright tubes on the frame (#3) and
press down until handle is seated and two
detent pins snap into place (Fig. 2).
3. Screw the wand (#30) onto the spray gun
(#31). Make sure the connection is tight (Fig. 3).
4. Insert the spray hose' s inlet coupler into
the spray gun handle and secure with
the threaded black nut (Fig. 4) Turn
clockwise until it is hand tight.
5. Attach the desired nozzle to the wand by
pulling back the quick connect collar and
pushing the nozzle onto the end of the Wand.
Make sure the quick connect collar locks the
nozzle in place (Fig. 5).
Insert the spray hose's other end into the

pump's high pressure outlet and secure with
the black nut until hand-tight (Fig. 6).
7. The engine does not ship with oil or gasoline.
Consult the Engine manual for preparation
instructions before using the tool.
OPERATION
Choose the nozzle that best meets the needs of the job. See chart below.
Only use the nozzles on surfaces capable of withstanding the force of the
spray.
