- respect the operating precautions.
Read the operating instructions before use and observe the safety messages contained
in the instructions.
Avoid working alone.
Use the clamp indoors.
Do not use the clamp at an altitude of more than 2000 m.
Do not subject the clamp to running water or other liquids.
Do not use the clamp on a conductor in which the voltage is above 600 V or in which the
current is more than 700 A permanent.
Do not use the clamp on an electric installation with an overvoltage category greater
than I I I.
Never measure a current carrying conductor that has a frequency greater than 10 kHz.
Use extreme caution when clamping around exposed conductors or busbars.
Do not operate the meter in an explosive environment.
