TOP REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• T27 Torx Driver
• T25 Torx Driver
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
WARNING
To avoid the risk of personal injury or damage to the table, support the table top before removing the screws that secure
it to the upper weldment.
Procedure:
1. Raise the unit to the highest position.
2. Using a T27 Torx driver, remove the two screws that hold the hospitality handle to the table top.
3. Using a T25 Torx driver, remove the three screws that hold the upper column cover to the top support weldment.
4. Gently slide the column cover down (including the release lever cover).
5. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the six screws that secure the top weldment.
6. Reverse steps to reinstall.
7. Verify proper operation of the unit before returning it to service.

ACTIVATION LEVER REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• T25 Torx Driver
• 7/16" Combination Wrench
• 5/32" Allen Wrench
Procedure:
1. Using a T25 Torx driver, remove the three screws that secure the upper column cover to the top support weldment.
2. Gently slide the column cover down (including the release lever cover).
3. Using a 5/32" Allen wrench and a 7/16" combination wrench, remove the nut and bolt that secure the activation
lever to the top support weldment.
4. Discard the activation lever and remove the existing spring to reuse.
5. Reverse steps to reinstall.
6. Verify proper operation of the unit before returning it to service.
