UPPER COLUMN REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• T25 Torx Driver
• T27 Torx Driver
Procedure:
1. Using a T25 Torx driver, remove the three T25 Torx screws from the top of the upper column and lower the column
down to the base.
2. Using a T27 Torx driver, remove the two opposing T27 Torx screws that connect the upper bushing to the lower
column.
3. Lift the top assembly straight up and out of the lower column and set it aside.
WARNING
To avoid the risk of personal injury or damage to the table, use caution when lifting the top assembly up and out of the
lower column as the top and weldment are heavy and awkward.
4. Reverse steps to reinstall.
5. Verify proper operation of the unit before returning it to service.
