CASTER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• Cordless Drill, 3/16" Drill Bit
• Pop Rivet Gun with 3/16" Tip
Procedure:
1. Fully raise the table top.
2. While maintaining a secure grip on the table, carefully flip it forward or turn it on its side to allow access to the
damaged caster.
3. Using a cordless drill and 3/16" drill bit, drill out the two rivets and remove the damaged caster.
4. Using a pop rivet gun with a 3/16" tip, install the new caster using two new pop rivets.

CASTER REPLACEMENT

Tools Required:
• Wheel removal tool (3150-001-202)
Procedure:
1. Fully raise the table top.
2. While maintaining a secure grip on the table, carefully tip it
forward or turn it on its side to allow access to the damaged
caster.
3. Using the supplied wheel removal tool (3150-001-202), remove
the caster wheel.
NOTE: Make sure that the wheel is facing the wheel removal
tool with the stem facing away from the wheel removal tool.
4. Press to install the new caster wheel (3150-001-201).
5. Verify proper operation of the product before returning it to
service.
