When the device is connected for
charging:
- Protect the device and power unit
from moisture and dripping or splash-
ing water.
- If liquid gets into the device, immedi-
ately disconnect the power unit. Have
the device checked before reusing.
- Do not touch the device or power unit
with wet hands.
DANGER! Risk of electric
shock
Never put the device into operation if there
is any visible damage to the device, the
power unit or the cable or if the device has
been dropped before.
Connect the cable to the device before
plugging the power unit into a wall
socket.
Only connect the power unit to a prop-
erly installed, easily accessible wall
socket, the voltage of which corre-
sponds to the specifications on the rat-
ing plate. The wall socket must still be
easily accessible after connection.
Ensure that the cable cannot be dam-
aged by sharp edges or hot surfaces.
Ensure that the cable is not trapped or
crushed.
When removing the power unit from the
wall socket, always pull the power unit
and never the cable.

... after each charging process,
... if there is a fault,
... before connecting the device to the
cable,
... before you clean the device and
... during thunderstorms.
In order to avoid any hazards, do not
make modifications to the device. Re-
pairs must be carried out by a specialist
workshop or the Service Centre.
DANGER from batteries
This device contains a battery that can-
not be removed. The battery may only
be removed or replaced by the manu-
facturer, the manufacturer's customer
service department or a similarly quali-
fied specialist, in order to avoid any
hazards.
Protect the battery against mechanical
damages. Fire hazard!
Do not expose the device to direct sun-
shine or heat. The ambient temperature
should not be lower than -10 °C and
higher than +40 °C.
The battery may only be charged with
the original accessory (power unit).
Should the electrolyte solution leak out
of the battery, avoid contact with eyes,
mucous membranes and skin. Rinse im-
mediately with plenty of clean water
and consult a doctor. The electrolyte
solution can cause irritation.
WARNING! Risk of material

Only use the original accessories.
Do not use the window cleaner on sensi-
tive surfaces that can be easily
scratched.
Only fill the water tank with cold, clear
tap water. Do not use chemical sub-
stances, cleaning agents or other liq-
uids. Single exception: you can use a
few drops (1 to 3) of mild detergent or
glass cleaner concentrate (to dissolve in
the cleaning water).
Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning
agents with the window cleaner.
Never place the device on hot surfaces
(e.g. hot plates) or near heat sources or
open fire.
To prevent overheating, do not cover the
power unit.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents to clean the window cleaner.
