Trimming
E
While trimming keep the lawn trimmer away from your body at a
sufficient distance. Tilt the product slightly forward and move it
from left to right.
It is recommended to cut higher grass above 15 cm in several
passes.
Trimming edges
F
To trim along edges and around shrubs and trees you have to
turn the cutting head.
1. Switch off the lawn trimmer.
2. Press the locking knob (9).
3. Release this knob while turing the handle by 180° to the left
(counterclockwise).
4. The handle will click into place.
5. Place the lawn trimmer on the supporting wheel (4) and
guide the device along the edge. So you can trim edges in a
safe distance to the ground and without the need to carry
the device.
Guide the product around trees and shrubs so that the plants
are not damaged.
Caution! Damaged plants may die off.
Do not guide the cutting thread directly at walls and paving
stones. Otherwise it will prematurely wear off.
Automatic thread follow-up
The cutting thread will be followed up automatically with each
starting of the device.

work :

- wait until the cutting thread is stationary.

Note the following to keep your lawn trimmer
functioning:
Clean all movable parts on a regular basis.
Remove dust and dirt with a cloth or a brush.
Do not clean the machine with running water or high-
pressure cleaners.
Do not use solvents for the synthetic parts (petrol, alcohol,
