Preparation for use

4.1 General
• Check the equipment for completeness and damage. Do not use the equipment if it is damaged; in
that case contact the Holmatro dealer.
• Check whether all accessories are available.
4.2 Battery for the LED light
Refer to Fig. 6.
The battery for the LED light is placed in the housing. This battery has a working life of ± 10 hours.
• Pull the label from the housing.
5 Operation
5.1 System operation
A compressed air system consists of a compressed air source, pressure reducer, control device and
pneumatic tools such as lifting bags.
5.2 Operate the control device
The HDC control box is equipped with two three-way valves:
• Press the "+" on the control button to inflate the lifting bag.
• Press the "-" on the control button to deflate the lifting bag.
• Release the control button to return automatically to the "0" position.
5.3 Lights in the pressure gauges
Refer to Fig. 2,6.
Press the button to switch the lights on in the pressure gauges.
Press the button again to switch the lights off .
