Safety regulations with respect to maintenance
•
Wear personal means of protection when performing maintenance tasks.
•
Never work in a way that could jeopardize safety.
•
Make sure that the equipment cannot roll away or tip over. The control and drive must be switched
off and safeguarded against unexpected activation.
•
Make sure that moving parts do not move unexpectedly.
•
Used or leaked fluids, and any other products consumed during the activities, must be collected and
disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.

Description
3.1
Equipment
The HDC 12 control box is suitable for a maximum system operating pressure of 12 bar.
Two safety valves protect the lifting bags against overload. The safety valve discharges the air at a
pressure of approximately 12.5 bar.
The HDC 8 control box is suitable for a maximum system operating pressure of 8 bar.
Two safety valves protect the lifting bags against overload. The safety valve discharges the air at a
pressure of approximately 8.5 bar.
The control device is equipped with two three-way valves with automatic return to their "0" position,
suitable for operating two lifting bags.
