Check that the pressure relief valve opens at a pressure between 12.5 and 13.5 bar.
•
Test the other pressure relief valve by the same procedure.
•
Contact your Holmatro dealer if the pressure relief valve opens too early or too late.
8.4.3
Pressure gauge lights
Refer to Fig. 7.
The battery for the LED light is placed in the housing. This battery has a working life of ± 10 hours.
•
Use the button to check the pressure gauge lights.
•
Replace the battery every year (1x AA).
•
Remove the cover (B) by unscrewing screws (A).
•
Replace the battery (C) in the battery holder.
•
Re-install the cover and fasten the screws.
8.4.4
Check valves
Do the procedure that follows to check the left check valve.
•
Connect the control device to an air source.
•
Make sure the inlet air pressure is at working pressure
•
Do not connect an air bag.
•
Press "+" on the left control button. Keep this button pushed down during the procedure that follows.
•
Depressurize the air inlet. The left outlet pressure is not permitted to decrease.
•
Press the "+" on the left control button and press the "+" on the right control button. The right outlet
pressure is not permitted to increase. The left outlet pressure is not permitted to decrease.
Do the procedure that follows to check the right check valve.
•
Connect the control device to an air source.
•
Make sure the inlet air pressure is at working pressure
•
Do not connect an air bag.
•
Press "+" on the right control button. Keep this button pushed down during the procedure that
follows.
•
Depressurize the air inlet. The right outlet pressure is not permitted to decrease.
•
Press the "+" on the right control button and press the "+" on the left control button. The left outlet
pressure is not permitted to increase. The right outlet pressure is not permitted to decrease.

Decommissioning/Recycling
At the end of its service life the equipment can be scrapped and recycled.
•
Make sure that the equipment is put out of order to avoid any use.
•
Check that the equipment does not contain any pressurized components.
•
Recycle the various materials used in the equipment such as steel, aluminum, NBR (Nitrile
Butadiene Rubber) and plastic.
•
Collect all dangerous substances separately and dispose of them in an environmentally responsible
way.
•
Consult the Holmatro dealer about recycling.
