Observe ambient
temperature and
ventilation
Depending on the Climatic class" (see
rating plate), the appliance can run at the
following ambient temperatures:
The rating plate is situated in the bottom
left hand side of the appliance.

If the ambient temperature drops below
the lower ambient temperature limit, the
running time of the refrigerating unit is
reduced. As a result, the freezer
compartment is not adequately
refrigerated. The frozen food may thaw in
extreme cases.
Appliances which feature a room
temperature switch, Fig. 2/A, can be
operated at a room temperature of +16 °C
to +10 °C when the switch has been
switched on.
To switch on, press the lower side of the
switch red mark becomes visible.
The light inside the appliance glows at
a reduced luminosity. If the ambient
temperature rises above +16 °C, switch off
the switch again.
