Note that the machine can only be started if the EMERGENCY STOP is unlocked.

Height adjustment milling head (Z-axis)

NOTE
To switch on the machine, unlock the Emergency stop (1). The
switch of the machine is located on the switch box. When the
machine is switched on, the operating control lamp lights up
permanently.
The machine (milling spindle) is started by turning the speed
controller (2).
Before starting the machine always turn the speed controller (2)
counterclockwise to the stop position 0. To increase the spindle
speed turn clockwise.
If the machine has been switched off with the Emergency stop (1),
the yellow warning light (3) lights up. To restart the machine, the
speed controller (2) must always be set to 0 first.
Longitudinal feed (X-axis):
• To adjust the crosstable along the X axis, first release
the fixing lever (2).
• Use the handwheel X-axis (1) to adjust the crosstable
to the desired position.
• Then tighten the fixing lever (2) again.
Cross feed (Y-axis):
• To adjust the crosstable along the Y axis, first release
the fixing lever (4).
• Use the handwheel Y-axis (3) to adjust the crosstable
to the desired position.
• Then tighten the fixing lever (4) again.

To adjust the height of the milling head along the Z-axis, first
release the fixing lever (2) on the right side.

Depending on the desired direction, turn the lever height
adjustment milling head (1).
3.
After reaching the desired position, tighten the fixing lever (2)
again.
4.
With the depth stop (3) the desired position can be set.
