8. Commissioning

Commission the station once it has been flushed and filled and a pressure test has been carried out.
All heating and sanitary installations must be complete.
Bleed the station every so often during the commissioning process (bleeding devices: cf. Kapitel 7.1).
Please observe the instructions, benchmarks and settings for the control fittings specified in our service log when commis-
sioning.

8.1 Zone valve (dwelling heating circuit)

Position 5 – "Hydraulisches Schema" on page <?>
• Close the valve presetting ring by rotating it to the right with a flathead screwdriver
(this position corresponds to the "zero setting").
• Take the setting for the desired heating volume flow from the design documents and adjust with a flathead
screwdriver.
Reference value diagram for adjusting the zone valve: Kvs =1.85
