Secure the magnetic key to the collar with
the arrow facing your pet's head (A).
Do not hang anything else but the magnetic
key on the collar to avoid interference with
the opening system. Ensure that the collar is
neither too tight nor too loose (you should
be able to slip the collar off your pet).

bottom edge of the tunnel when the cat
approaches the pet flap (B).
If the magnet is not at a distance from the
bottom edge of the tunnel of between 0-4
cm (0-1,5"), the cat could have difficulty in

peut rencontrer des difficultés à activer le
