GETTING STARTED
Moving up
Stand behind the pedals and grasp the handles with both
hands. Then step on the pedal with your right or left foot.
Then place the other foot on the pedal without pulling
the handles backwards.
Active standing and walking
Keep your head straight and look ahead. In the starting
position you should stand upright with both legs on the
pedals and the handles firmly in your hand.
EXERCISES FOR BEGINNERS
Easy walking
Hold the handles firmly with both hands. Climb on the appliance and check
that you are standing securely. Now slowly move your feet back and forth.
Slowly increase the pace until you reach a speed that you can easily maintain
for 20-30 minutes. Slowly decrease the pace for the last 5 minutes.
