Suggested Solution(s)
1. & 2. Contact Princess Auto Ltd.
for a solution. If unable to do so,
have a qualified technician
service the tool.
3. Depressurize system and drain
tank and air hose of water.
4. Ensure tool is connected to a
compressor with a rate flow that
matches the tool.
1. Check oil level. Fill as required.
2. Loosen fitting to bleed line.
3. Check pressure gauge. Replace if
defective.
3.1 Check control valve. Clean,
repair or replace as required.
Check cylinder seals. Oil
bypassing in cylinder.
Replace seals.
1. Replace seals as required.
2. Tighten or add sealant as
required.
2.1 Defective fitting. Replace.
1. Check hydraulic system. Check
workpiece.
2. Exceeded capacity of Press. Use
a larger press.
3. Check cylinder. Remove
defective part and repair.
4. Cylinder ram is bent. Replace
ram and seals. Use more care
when applying loads.
5. Purge air from hydraulic system
as described in Bleeding the
Hydraulic System.
