Recommendations for the installation area:
The heat recovery unit should be installed in an insulated area protected from frost to prevent the evacuated conde sates from
|
freezing.
The heat recovery unit should not be installed in very moist rooms like bathrooms..
|
The humidity of the installation area should be permanently lowered with sufficient ventilation.
|
To speed the evacuation of moisture in new buildings it is also necessary to ventilate the structure naturally before use.
|
To achieve a vibration free result, the heat recovery unit should be wall-mounted with minimum force of 200 kg/m² or be
|
placed on a mounting block on a surface with the same minimum force.
Recommendations for the roof/wall penetrations:
The roofs and walls should be completely insulated.
|
Recommendations for the air conduits:
The air conduits should be thermally insulated towards and from the outside. To avoid any risk of condensation, we recom-
|
mend that flexible insulated tubes should not be used.
The air conduits must be mounted airtight.
|
To reduce the overall noise level we recommend in the design reducing the pressure of the external conduit to 100 Pa in the de-
|
sign flow. In all cases the external pressure should be limited in practice to a maximum of 150 Pa.
The air speeds in the main conduit should be limited to 5 m/s maximum in the main channels and 3.5 m/s in the branches.

For maintenance and cleaning purposes, the unit should always be easy to access.

Use of the installation for achieving good air quality in the house:
Good ventilation contributes to healthy air in the house, optimum comfort and good operation of the installation. When a multi-
position switch is used, proceed as follows:
Position 3: Kitchen/shower mode
|
100% of the design flow or of the maximum unit capacity
Position 2: Presence mode
|
60–70% of the design flow
Position 1: Absence mode
|
Ca 30% of the design flow

Empfehlungen für den Installationsbereich:
Die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage muss in einem isolierten und frostgeschützten Bereich installiert werden, damit der Konden-
|
satablauf nicht gefriert.
Die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage darf nicht in sehr feuchten Räumen wie Badezimmern installiert werden.
|
Feuchtigkeit im Installationsbereich muss durch ständige ausreichende Lüftung verringert werden.
|
Um die Ableitung von Feuchtigkeit in Neubauten zu beschleunigen, ist es auch erforderlich, das Gebäude vor der Nutzung auf
|
natürlichem Weg zu lüften.
Um Schwingungen zu vermeiden, muss die Wärmerückgewinnungsanlage an einer Wand mit mindestens 200 kg/m2, auf einer
|
Montagekonsole oder einer Fläche mit derselben Mindestmasse montiert werden.
Empfehlungen für die Dach-/Wanddurchführungen:
Dächer und Wände müssen vollständig isoliert sein.
|
Empfehlungen für Luftkanäle:
Luftkanäle müssen zum und ab dem Außenbereich wärmeisoliert sein. Um Kondensation zu vermeiden, wird empfohlen, keine
|
isolierten Schläuche zu verwenden.
Luftkanäle müssen luftdicht montiert werden.
|
Um den Gesamtgeräuschpegel zu verringern, wird empfohlen, den Druck des äußeren Kanals in der Durchflussplanung auf 100
|
Pa zu verringern. In der Praxis ist der Außendruck in jedem Fall auf 150 Pa zu begrenzen.
Die Luftgeschwindigkeiten im Hauptkanal sollten auf 5 m/s in den Hauptkanälen und auf 3,5 m/s in den Abzweigungen be-
|
grenzt werden.
Empfehlungen für die Kondensatableitung:
Kugelsiphon wird standardmäßig mitgeliefert.

Empfehlungen für die Zugänglichkeit:
Zur Wartung und Instandhaltung muss das Gerät immer leicht zugänglich sein.

Verwendung der Anlage für gute Luftqualität in der Wohnung:
Gute Lüftung trägt zu gesunder Raumluft, optimalem Komfort und ordnungsgemäßem Betrieb der Anlage
bei. Bei Verwendung eines Schalters mit mehreren Stellungen ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
Stellung 3: Küche / Duschmodus

100% des Plandurchflusses oder der Höchstkapazität der Anlage
Stellung 2: Anwesenheitsmodus
|
60 – 70% des Plandurchflusses
Stellung 1: Abwesenheitsmodus

Ca. 30% des Plandurchflusses
