USER MANUAL
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices:
To avoid injury from fire or electric shock, please ensure
compliance with the safety instructions when using this
device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure
that you have understood them well. Keep the manual near
the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always use
current sources connected to the ground and providing the
necessary voltage (indicated on the label on the device). If
you have any doubts, let an electrician check if your outlet
is properly grounded. Never use a damaged power cable.
Do not open the unit in damp or wet environments, or if
your hands or body are damp or wet. Protect the unit from
solar radiation. Use the device in a protected location to
avoid damaging the equipment or endangering others.
Make sure the device has adequate air circulation, so that
it can cool properly, as well as avoid heat accumulation.
Additionally, avoid placing it too close to other devices
that produce heat. Before cleaning the device, disconnect it
from the power source. Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.
Avoid using detergents and make sure that no liquid enters
the unit. No internal element of this device needs to be
maintained by the user. Opening the device without our
approval leads to a loss of warranty!

voltage type and current comply with the indicated
data on the product plate.

This device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received
instruction from this person as to how the device is
used.

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt to repair
the unit yourself. In case of device failure, repairs
must be done by qualified experts.

Please check the main plug and power cable
regularly. If the power cable for this device is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its customer service or another qualified person in
order to prevent hazards.

Prevent damages to the power cable by avoiding
squeezing or bending it or rubbing it on sharp
edges. Also keep the power cable away from hot
surfaces and open flames.
10.
ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
11.
Under no circumstances should the housing be
opened.
12.
It is forbidden to place the device on a combustible
surface.
13.
It is forbidden to move, adjust or rotate the device in
the course of its use.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The Bain Marie is designed to keep the food placed in
its food containers warm. The device keeps food warm
by heating up water and transferring its heat to the food
containers.
Do not use the device for cooking dishes, heating up or
boiling water, soups, sauces or to defrost frozen products.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non–
intended use of the device!

APPLIANCE LOCATION

The temperature of the environment must not be higher
than 45°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is to
be used. The distance between the back of the device and the
wall should be at least 20 cm, the minimum distance between
the sides of the device and the walls should be at least 10
cm on each side and 35 cm between the top of the device
and the ceiling. Keep the device away from hot surfaces.
Operate the device on flat, stable, clean, refractory and dry
surfaces out of the reach of children and people with mental
disabilities. Install the device making sure that constant access
to the main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the
appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to the
technical details. Before the first use, remove all elements and
clean them along with the entire device!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Unpack the whole appliance.
2.
Remove all documents and other accessories from
the inside of the appliance.
3.
Use screws to attach one glass shelf side support to
the device.
4.
Use screws to attach the glass shelf central support
to the device.
5.
Attach two longitudinal rods which support the
upper section of the glass shelf. Insert them into the
central support recesses and side support holes.
6.
Slide the rear glass shelf into the side support and on
top of the central support.
7.
Use screws to attach the second glass shelf side
support to the device, aligning it with the rear glass
shelf and longitudinal support rods. Attach side
support using screws.
8.
Slide the upper section of the glass shelf onto the
side supports and central support.
9.
Secure longitudinal rod connections with side

supports by screwing on rod nuts.
ATTENTION!: Please DO NOT tighten nuts too tight,
as glass may crack.

DEVICE OPERATION
1.
Before use, make sure you have the right electrical supply.
2.
Entirely remove the device from the packaging,
assemble it and make sure no items have been
unintentionally left inside it.
3.
Remove one food container and fill the batch with
water. Do not overfill the batch. The water level
should be such that once all food containers are
inserted, water does not spill out.

It is recommended for the water level to be at most
2/3 of the height of the bath once all food containers
have been inserted.
4.
Make sure the temperature is at 0°.
5.
Connect the device to a power source (the green
light will come on).
6.
Set the temperature adjustment knob to the required
level (the orange light will come on)
7.
Once the device reaches the pre-set temperature,
place warm food into the food containers.
ATTENTION: Set the lowest possible temperature at
which foods are ready to be served.
8.
After use turn the temperature adjustment knob
anticlockwise to turn off the heating function and
disconnect the device from the power source.
USE GUIDELINES
It may happen that during the first use, the heating
element produces light smoke. This is absolutely
normal. Simply check that the smoke can evaporate
and that a good aeration is provided.
When in use, do not insert your hands or other body
parts into the device: risk of burning. After use, wait
until it cools down before touching the interior parts.
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is
in use.
Never move or carry the Bain-marie when it is "ON"
or if it is full of hot liquids.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning the device upside down
should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in
a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
Use a cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
Only use mild detergents that are suitable for
washing surfaces which come into contact with food
to wash the device.
Clean the water container regularly to avoid
a durable encrustation of dirt.
Dry all parts well after cleaning, before the device
is used again.
Please ensure there is no access water near controls.
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Regularly check if the device is damaged. In case of
damage, please stop using it immediately and contact
customer service for solving the problem. What to do in
case of a problem? Please contact customer service and
prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be
found on the technical plate on the device).
If necessary, take a picture of the damaged, broken
or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service assistant
to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the problem.
The more detailed your information, the better
customer service will be able to solve your problem
rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization
of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!
