Cause
• The level of sealing set is not correct
for the type of bag being used.
• Many
consecutive
cycles
performed with sealing.
• The bag is larger than the sealing
bar.
• The edge of the bag
positioned correctly.
• The edge of the bag is dirty.
• The counter-pressure rubber and the
sealing bar are dirty.
• The counter-pressure rubber and the
sealing bar are damaged.
Cause
• The pump has absorbed humidity
and impurities.
Solution
• Repeat the cycle by adjusting the
sealing level.

• Wait at least 2 minutes between
one cycle and another to allow the
sealing bar to cool.
• Use a suitable bag.

centrally and so that it protrudes

bar.
