With the parameters key you will create different
numerical tables of parameters including:
The LNB parameters
A setup list including the parameters corresponding to
different transponders. It is possible to enter 100
configuration programs per table.
These tables can be saved to avoid them being initialized each time they are used and recalled
later if necessary.
We recommend you to create a table for each satellite by entering the configuration of
its transponder in a specific program. In order to find out it faster, the table can be
saved for example under the name of the satellite.
1 – NUMERICAL PARAMETERS INPUT
In the screen LNB, the rotary wheel must be pressed to
select the LNB parameters to be changed:
Band: allows to work either with the BIS frequency
(900-2150 MHz) or directly with BU or C band.
LO selection (Local Oscillator): commutation low
band/high band either operated by 22 kHz, ToneBurst or DiSEqC.
Polar selection: changing of polarization either with voltage (vertical, horizontal, right or
left) or with DiSEqC.
Switch : 22kHz, ToneBurst or DiSEqC
Satellite: If one or several switches are present, you will point in the direction of the A, B,
C or D satellite.
Positioner: on a satellite dish equipped with a motor, this corresponds to the information
sent to the motor.
These LNB parameters do apply to all the setups that figure in the numerical table of
parameters. A simple satellite dish equipped with a universal head will need for its
parameters the following ones: Ku, O/22kHz and 13/18V.
Once a setup is selected, the rotary wheel must be pressed to program the parameters of
the transponder, and that for each setup present on the list:
Frequency.
Standard: ANA (analog) , DVB-S, DVB-S2 or DSS (digital).
Symbol Rate (operational only in digital).
LNB LO: high (Hi) or low (Lo).
Polarity: vertical (V), horizontal (H), right (R) or (L) left.
