Battery
The instrument can be left and operate on its own as it is equipped with 8 Nickel Metal Hydrure
(NiMH) rechargeable batteries, 1.2V, 1,700 mAh ensuring a standard operation during 3 hours.
When the instrument is switched on and operated with batteries, a graphic indicator gives the
charge level of the battery.
The autonomy of the instrument depends on the display backlight and the remote LNB supply.

The rechargeable batteries are supposed to be charging as soon as the instrument is connected
to the mains supply, whether it is switched on or not.

The batteries reach their full capacity after 4 cycles of charge / discharge. It is
recommended to perform these 4 cycles for the 4 first uses.
