• Arc Force.
This regulates the dynamic characteristics of the arc.
This is adjustable from 0 to 100% of the set welding
current.
Turn knob 2 to select the parameter and confirm the
selection by pressing the knob.
Adjust this value by turning knob 2. To confirm the se-
lection simply hold down knob 2 or key
Press the DEF key to restore factory settings.
• Antistick.
This function automatically turns off the welding power
source when the electrode sticks to the material to be
welded, allowing removal by hand without spoiling the
electrode holder.

MIG Process).
7 MIG/MAG WELDING
In the Main Menu, after selecting process, choose wel-
ding type MIG: Mig Pulse, Mig Short, Mig SRS or Mig
manual.
For pulsed MIG welding, select the wire type, diameter
and gas; make this selection in the Main Menu, by me-
ans of the process and material keys. Welding parame-
ters are synergically set by means of the knob.
In this welding process the filler material is transferred
via a controlled energy pulsed waveform to achieve con-
stant detachment of molten material droplets that are
transferred to the workpiece without splatters. The result
is a molten material weld bead that is transferred to the
workpiece without splatters. The resulting weld bead at-
taches effectively to any material type or thickness.
Mig Short.
For MIG short welding, select the wire type, diameter and
gas; select in the main menu, by means of process and
material keys. Welding parameters are synergically set
by means of the knob.
Mig SRS
In this welding process, solder is transferred by means of
a short procedure but without spraying and with a lower
heat contribution.
For MIG SRS welding, select the wire type, diameter and
gas in the MENU, by means of process and material
keys. Welding parameters are synergically set by means
.
of the knob.
Mig Manual.
For MIG manual welding, select the type of wire, diame-
ter and gas; select from the Main Menu by means of
the process and material keys. For welding using this
process you must adjust the wire speed and the welding
voltage. Press the knob on the main screen to select wire
speed as well as welding voltage and value.
8 MMA WELDING
Connect the electrode holder cable connector to con-
nector 9 and the earth cable connector to connector 4
(observing the polarity stated by the electrode manufac-
turer).
In order to prepare the machine for MMA welding, follow
the instructions previously described in the menu.
9 TIG WELDING
Connect the earth cable to positive terminal 9, the torch
to negative connector 4 and the control cable to connec-
tor 8. Connect the gas hose to socket 7.
To set up the machine for TIG welding follow the instruc-
tions previously described in the menu.
