Position your two hands and you knee on the lid
such that your hands are equidistant both from
each other and your knee (120° angle).
Connect the filter to the pump and pool suction and
return according to the diagram opposite.
Push the tubes onto the hose tail unions until the
reach the boss (bump) marking the stop point.
The drain union is transparent, thus the section that
remains visible will act as a sight glass to assess
water turbidity.
To stop the trickle from the drain (normal for a filter
in operation), install a 1/4 turn valve on the drain
line.
To facilitate fitting of the non-kinking corrugated
hose, you may steep the ends of the hose in hot
water to soften them.
Use the hose clips provided to make the unions
leaktight. Tighten using a wrench rather than a
screw driver.
When assembling pump unions, make sure that the o-rings are correctly positioned in their grooves.

Press down simultaneously on both hands to push
the lid completely into the filter tank. Maintain
pressure on the lid until the ring is screwed into
position.
