The blades and the counterflanges always
have to be mounted on the same direction
of the previous ones, following the helical
directions of the flanges.
ATTENTION: be sure that the
screw (A) (Fig. 68) it is always
mounted like indicated in figure, are
available a kit of complete bolts for
models:
• IG
: M14×1,5×45 with nud, the code
is: CF1049
• IZ:
M16×1,5×50 with nut, the code
is:: CF1060
REVERSE ROTATION – be careful to
the cutting side of the blades, it has
to follow the same rotation direction.
7.14 REPLACEMENT OF
THE COMB RODS FOR
• Unscrew the cover fixing screws (B)
(fig.70)
• Remove the cover plate (C)
• Remove the damaged rods (D) and
replace them with new ones.
In the bar there are rods for which it is ne-
cessary to perform a series of operations
as described below:
• Rotate the cranks (E) (Fig. 71) and
make sure to bring the bar in a horizontal
position. You notice this when the limit
switches (F) are completely lean against
the side.
• Remove the cranks (G) (Fig. 72), un-
screwing the bolt (H) and using suitable
tools for lifting, hook the bar to the crank
anchor supports (I) and tension the
lifting ropes.
• Remove the limit switch (F).

Las azadas y las contrabridas de la brida

pre montado como indicado en figura,
está disponible la confección de per-
nos de repuesto para modelo de la
maquina:

: M14×1,5×45 completos de dado
a código de orden: CF1049
• IZ:
M16×1,5×50 completos de dado
a código de orden: CF1060

de las azadas, debe seguir el sentido
de rotación.
7.14 REEMPLAZO
IZ
VARILLAS DEL PEINE
• Destornille los tornillos de fijación de la
tapa (B) (Fig. 70) .
• Retire la tapa (C) .
• Retire las varillas dañadas (D) y coloque
las nuevas.
• En la barra hay varillas para las que
es necesario realizar una serie de
operaciones que se describen a
continuación:
• Gire las manivelas (E) (Fig. 71) y
asegúrese de colocar la barra en
posición horizontal; nota esto cuando
los finales de carrera laterales (F)
apoyan completamente en el panel
lateral.
• Retire las manivelas (G) (Fig. 72), de-
satornillando el perno (H) y con los
medios adecuados para levantar,
enganche la barra a los soportes de
anclaje de la manivela (I) y tense las
cuerdas de elevación.
