-Reservoir is damaged.
-Steam nozzle blocked.
-Milk has gone off.
-Milk hot or warm.
-Water reservoir empty.
-Faulty capsule or
incorrectly inserted.
-Capsule not compatible
with machine.
-Capsule not compatible

-Capsule trapped in

What to do?
-Connect the machine
to the power source
as shown in section 2,
"Start-up".
-Check that the data
indicated on the machine
nameplate and those
of the power supply are
compatible.
-Fill the water reservoir
with fresh water.
-Empty the used-capsule
holder.
-Close the drawer.
-Serve a coffee using the
capsule provided to clean
the machine.
-Clean the nozzle following
the instructions in this
manual.
-Fill the water reservoir
with fresh water.
-Empty tray.
-Reinsert the water
reservoir correctly.
-Check that the closure
gasket of the reservoir
casing is intact.
