FOR INSTALLATION WITH A
MODEL 100 PUMP
(pump with no pressure switch)
1. Measure and drill a 3/4" hole in
countertop. (For Dual Hot/Cold faucet
drill a 1-3/8" hole)
2. Slide black gasket, then the spacer
over wires and onto unit. Test mount
unit in hole.
3. Check to see if enough threads show
to attach nut. If not enough threads
show, remove the spacer.
4. Slide nut over wires and tighten on
threads. A thread locking solution may
be used to keep nut tight.
5. Attach one faucet switch wire to the
positive wire of the pump.
6. Attach the other wire to the positive
side of the 12 VDC source.
7. A fuse rated for the pump should be
installed in the line.
8. Attach negative wire of pump to
ground or negative terminal.
9. Install 3/8" inner dia. tubing from
pump outlet to faucet inlet. Use proper
sized tubing clamp. Model 100 pump
