Use and Operation

Getting Started and Menu Selection
fter power up, the machine enters standby mode. LCD will display "00:00", and the icon of [Ice cream] fla-
shes, accompanying lighting up the background light. If no other operation, the light will go off 15 seconds later.
• By pressing MENU, there are 3 working modes for option, including: [Ice Cream] [Smoothie] and [Juice].
• By pressing COOLING, the cooling only function will start up, the default working time is 30 minutes.
• By pressing MIXING, the mixing only function will start up, the default working time is 10 minutes.
The icon of the selected mode will flash. Holding MENU for 3 seconds during mode operation, the machine
will go back the menu selection.
Start/Pause the Unit
After setting the working mode, press START/PAUSE button to start working.
• At the mode of [Ice cream], [Smoothie] and [Juice], the time runs from "00:00".
• For [Ice cream] mode, once the temperature reaches to -7°C, meaning the ice cream has already been done.
• For [Juice] mode, once the temperature reaches to 6°C, meaning the juice has already been done.
• For [Smoothie] mode, once the temperature reaches to -1°C, meaning the smoothie has already been done.
During operation, by pressing this button, the mode will pause and the time showing will pause also. At pause
mode, press this button again, the machine will continue the previous unfinished operation. Once the unit
enters pause mode and no other operation, the compressor will stop working 3 min later and the machine will
go back to standby state 10min later.

Making Ice Cream and further Functions

Cleanness: Before use, thoroughly wash all parts that will come into contact with the ice cream (including the
fixed bowl, sealed circle, mixing blade, discharged cover, measuring cup and spoon).
Warning: Please be sure the power cord is unplugged.
Important: Always place the Ice Cream Maker upright on a flat surface in order that the build-in COMPRESSOR
can provide best performance.
