● The standard spreader beam with adjustable range can be adapted to the length of the load
in the longitudinal direction. It is thus also suitable for transporting loads which can only be
attached in such a way that their centre of gravity in the longitudinal direction of the spreader
beam is not directly below the suspension eye in perpendicular direction. The resulting
inclination of the spreader beam can be compensated within the adjusting range.
● The spreader beam with side hooks is suitable for transporting large loads which can be
attached in such a way that their centre of gravity is below the suspension eye in
perpendicular direction. It can, however, not be adapted to different sizes of the load. If the
centre of gravity is not below the suspension eye, an impermissible inclination of the spreader
beam results. When attaching the load it is essential to ensure that at least three attachment
points of the spreader beam are evenly loaded.
