Function

From he stationary escalator cleaner, deter-
gent fluid (from the fresh water tank) is app-
lied to the running travellator/ escalator. The
rolling brushes brush the detergent againt
the running direction into the ridges of the
travellator/ escalator. In the same working
step, the dirty detergent is sucked into the
dirty water tank of the machine via the intake
brushes.

Proper use

Use this appliance only as directed in these
operating instructions.
– The appliance may only be used to clean
the stepping areas of travellators/ esca-
lators.
– The running or movement direction of
the unit to be cleaned must be adjusted
in such a way that the travellator/ escala-
tor moves away from the machine.
– To clean the escalator, place the machi-
ne only at the lower end of the escalator.
– The appliance may only be equipped
with original accessories and spare
parts.
– The appliance may only be used by per-
sons whose weight is more than 65 kg.
Environmental Protection,
Disposal
The packaging materials are
recyclable. Please do not throw
packaging in the domestic wa-
ste but pass it on for recycling.
Old units contain valuable re-
cyclable materials. Batteries,
oil and similar substances may
not be released into the envi-
ronment. Therefore please dis-
pose of old units through
suitable collection systems.
