POSSIBLE REMEDIES
1a) Check the complete insertion of the plug and check that the
mains frequency and voltage correspond to the electrical
characteristics shown on the indicator plate
1b) Remove the cause of blockage as indicated in the "Blocked
pump" instruction booklet
1c) Repair or replace the engine by applying to an authorised
service centre
1d) Check supply voltage
1e) Contact an authorized service center.
1f) Disconnect the power supply wait 10s and restore power.
2a) Remove suction strainer and manually check the free
rotation of impeller, if necessary contact an authorised
service center
2b) Check and clean impellers and diffuser, if necessary contact
an authorised service center
2c) If the bearings are damaged replace them or if necessary
contact an authorised service centre
3c) Clean the filter, if necessary, replace it . See point 2a) also.
3d) Verify that the integrated non-return valve is working
properly.
3c) Check and, if possible,
otherwise. Disconnect the power supply wait 10s and
restore power.
4a) Check the function of the integrated check valve and
remove the solid parts present in the valve.
4b) Contact an authorised service center.
4c) Contact an authorised service center.
5a) Check if the built-in check valve is working properly and
remove the solid parts present in the valve
5b) Check the tank pressure
6a) Use pipes and accessories suitable for the specific
application
6b) Clean the rotor and install a suction filter to prevent other
foreign bodies from entering
6c) Replace the rotor, if necessary, contact an authorised
service centre
7a) Check that no solid bodies are obstructing the rotor
7b) Replace the bearings
7c) Anchor the delivery and suction piping as needed
7d) Use bigger diameters or reduce the pump flow
7e) Reduce the flow by adjusting the feeder gate and/or using
pipes with a bigger internal diameter.
8a) Install a higher capacity tank
restore minimum suction head
