7. Maintenance and cleaning
This chapter gives you instructions on all maintenance work in order to keep the instrument in good
working condition.
7.1 Equipment accommodation
Check the accommodation where you want to place the equipment by default (controls, pests) and clean
it regularly with a damp cloth.
7.2 Connection of the tubes
Visually inspect the pipe connection regularly. When the tubes look broken or cracked, replace them with
new ones.

7.3 Sealing system
7.3.1 Replacement of seals
The seals are subject to a lot of tension and, generally, it is one of the parts that suffer more from the
whole team. Check your status regularly and, if necessary, replace them.

7.4 Thermostatic bath
The interior surface of the thermostatic bath should be washed if:
-The water used in the bath is calcified or contaminated
-If you use oil instead of water, you must wash the internal surface of the bath when the oil varies in
appearance (color, viscosity ...). For this purpose, empty the thermostatic bath in a safe place

When removing and reinstalling vacuum seals,
ensure not to damage them during handling
Never touch vacuum seals with a sharp object
because they may become damaged
