The maximum safe working load requires a weight distribution of approx. 45%
on the backrest, 25% on the middle section and 30% on the foot section.
2.3.
Ambient conditions
Equipment that generates strong magnetic fields which could interfere with the
bed's control unit should not be used in the bed's immediate vicinity. Con-
versely, the bed may generate electromagnetic fields during operation that may
affect nearby measuring equipment; nevertheless the bed complies with the EN
60601-1-2 standard. Some residual risks remain.
The bed must not be used if there is a risk of explosion or in the presence of
flammable, volatile gases, e.g. anaesthetics.
The bed may only be used under the following ambient conditions:

In case of higher temperatures during delivery, let the bed rest for 24 hours be-
fore using it or connecting it to the mains.
