7.9.2 Putting the lifting column into operation with external controller

•
Test the secure stand of the lifting columns 1.
•
Plug in the connecting cable 2 for the external
controller to a controller (see the controller operating
instructions).
•
Where applicable, connect a second lifting column to
the controller.
•
Connect the hand switch to the control (see control
operating instructions).
•
Set the sequence of the lifting columns (see
controller operating instructions).
•
Carry out an initialising run (see controller operating
instructions).
•
Note when raising and lowering the lifting column
that this operates the limit switches and at the same
time switches the lifting movement off in the top and
bottom end positions.
