- Page 3 ISTRUZIONI AL MONTAGGIO OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI – Lavare accuratamente il veicolo, ed in modo particolare la parte motore interessata all’intervento. – Togliere il liquido da circuito di raffreddamento. – Smontare marmitta, candela,tubi del circuito di raffreddamento e, nel caso in cui sia presente, il sensore della temperatura dell’acqua. –...

- Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS – Carefully wash the vehicle, specially the engine part installation area. – Discharge the cooling circuit liquid. – Remove muffl er, spark plug, cooling circuit pipes and water temperature sensor if present. – Loosen the head nuts. Carefully remove cylinder head, cylinder and piston.
- Page 11 inlet fi tting (15) and screw it in the threaded hole on the RH side of the cylinder (considering the travel direction). – Lubricate the cylinder barrel (already washed and blown with air). – Position the piston ring opening at the suitable retainers, push the piston ring inside the grooves and carefully insert the lubricated cylinder fully home on the base gasket.

- Page 31 MONTAGEANLEITUNG VORBEREITUNG – Das Fahrzeug sorgfältig waschen, insbesondere den Motorteil, der vom Eingriff betroffen ist. – Die Kühlfl üssigkeit aus dem System ablassen. – Den Auspuff, die Zündkerzen, Kühlfl üssigkeitsleitungen und, falls vorhanden, den Wassertemperatursensor ausbauen. – Die Zylinderkopfbefestigungsschrauben lösen. Den Zylinderkopf sowie Zylinder und Kolben vorsichtig ausbauen.
- Page 32 – Die vier Stiftschrauben (17) aus dem Lieferumfang montieren. – Die Zylinderfußdichtung (12) einfügen. – Die Kupferunterlegscheibe (16) auf den Zylinderverschluss oder auf den H O Einlaufanschluss (15) fügen, dann diesen in die Gewindebohrung an der RECHTEN Seite des Zylinders (in Fahrtrichtung gesehen) einschrauben.
