Problem
The video is slow or
choppy

Solution
• This can occur if the Internet
connection to the cradle is
slow. Turn down the Video
Quality settings to improve the
performance.
• Please note that an upload
speed of 512Kbps is
required, and an upload
speed of 1Mbps is
recommended for best
performance.
• Cradle is out of range of the
Wi-Fi router. Move the cradle
closer to the Wi-Fi router or
connect the cradle to the
router with an Ethernet cable.
• You cannot access controls on
the monitor while users are
connected using the apps.
• Press the Reset button on the
back of the handheld monitor
with a paper clip or other thin
object to reboot. Settings and
saved files are unaffected.
