Troubleshooting & remedies
7. Troubleshooting & remedies (authorised electrician)

7.1 New system or existing system

• Check the automatic circuit breakers and supply voltages.
• Check the connection cables for the inputs (buttons, sensors).
• Check the bus connection (PHC Compact system only)
• The switch for activating automatic operation has not been connected or is not switched on.
• If a twilight sensor is not used, a wire jumper must be connected to terminal I33 and 0V (as-delivered status), to enable the operation of motors with
DOWN switch times!
• Observe the prioritisation of the input functions! For example, if a local DOWN button is used to move a blind, the signals transmitted by the sun sensor
will be ignored (locked)! An input function, e.g. local UP, must first be activated to unlock the system!

7.2 EMC problems

• Use separate connections for the control and motor lines!
• Do not lay the wiring behind the JRM!
• Relocate the JRM.

7.3 Motor does not move or moves in the wrong direction

• Check the connecting cables and polarity of the motors.
• Check the connecting cables and polarity of the button lines.
• Check the programmed timers and sensor/group assignment.
• The cable for supplying power to motors M1 and M2 or M2 has not been connected (separate supply)!
