Starting a sleep session
4 Adjust the length of the strap with the strap
adjuster. The strap should feel snug but
comfortable below your chest.
The Snoring Relief Band should stay in the
same position during the night. The strap is
tight enough if you are able to feel the
vibrations.
When you are ready to go to sleep, put the strap
with the sensor around your chest (see 'Wearing
the Snoring Relief Band during the night'). For men,
the strap should be worn below the upper chest.
For women, it should be worn below the breasts.
You need to manually start a sleep session.
Start a sleep session when you are in one of the
data screens or when the sensor is off. Press and
hold the activation button for two seconds.
- The sensor will vibrate briefly and show
alternating dashes '- -' to indicate that the
sleep session has started. These dashes are
visible on the display during the sleep session.

Notes:
- Only start a sleep session when you have the
intension to fall asleep (don't start a session
when you first want to watch television).
