Mounting and securing
Use cable protection for the 230 V cable when leading through plaster.
Insert the 230 V cable/cable for additional connections protruding from the wall through the
respective openings of the smoke detector housing!
Guide 230 V power cable through smoke detector housing and shorten to approx. 80 mm (1.).

Align smoke detector housing and screw it firmly to moving-leaf guide rail and frame (2.).

Route 24 V fixed-leaf cable of electrical hold-open device in the upper guidance of the smoke detector hou-

sing and to the supply terminal. Secure cable with adhesive tape if necessary (1.).
Shorten excess cable to approx. 40 mm (2.).

Connect cable to terminal (3.).

Mains connection
Fuse the on-site mains connection with a B10 fuse.

Place (2.) the mains cable provided on site on the terminal and connect (3.).

Place (4.) the 230 V supply line of the power pack starting from the terminal and stow away extra length in the

power pack.
Close and screw on cover of smoke detector housing (5.).
