7. Start-up
Before you connect the equipment to the mains sup-
ply make sure that the data on the rating plate are
identical to the mains data.
Always pull the power plug before making adjust-
ments to the equipment.
Switching on/off
Do not use any device where the switch can not
be switched on and off. Damaged switches must
be repaired or replaced immediately by the cus-
tomer service.
Switching on (Fig.5)
• Operate the trip switch (5) at first. Press the ON/
OFF button (4) on the handle.
Start the machine at the lowest rotational speed
(Level 1).
Switching off
• Release the ON/OFF handle button.
This machine is not suited for continuous op-
eration.
Speed control (Fig. 6)
With this type, the motor's speed and thus the agita-
tor performance can be adjusted. (Level 1 - 6).
• You can continuously adjust the speed with the
speed control (6).
2- speed gear (Fig. 7)
The device is equipped with a 2-speed gear. If the
gear selection switch cannot be locked, turn the stir-
ring staff a little.
• For the speed selection turn the switch (7) by 180°.

Working with the paint and mortar mixing tool
Before changing the mixing tool you must pull the
power plug.
Reduce the working speed when you immerse the
mixing tool into the material you want to mix and
when you take it out again. When the mixing tool is
fully immersed, raise the speed to maximum in order
to ensure adequate cooling of the motor. Move the
mixing tool through the mixing container during the
mixing operation. Continue mixing until all the mate-
rial has been thoroughly processed. When you are
finished with your mixing work, clean the mixing tool.
