• The device now restarts. When it is completed, you are forwarded to the web interface's start-
ing page.

If you want to, you can make other settings as well, such as changing the IP address
of the device or changing the administrator password. For this, observe chapter 12
of these instructions.
• To test the settings, close the web interface and disconnect the device from the socket.
• Now connect the LAN port of the „Access Point" to the LAN socket of your old router with a
1:1-linked network cable.
Then plug the device into any mains socket again and wait for about 1 minute until it has
started up completely.
• Log your computer on to the WLAN of the "Access Point".
Your PC is automatically assigned an IP address by your router. If it is connected to the inter-
net, access to the internet should be possible on your computer now as well.
• Confi guration is now complete. Now continue with chapter 13 to place the repeater correctly.

If any problems occur, perform a reset as described in chapter 14 and start confi gu-
ration again.
