2) inner (Fig.3): pushing the pin fully
inwards, the brake lever goes closer to
the handlebar making it easier to hold the
lever itself (for those with small hands).
3) outer (Fig.4): it slightly increases the
distance of the pads from the wheel to
make it easier the removal of the wheel
itself (in case of considerable difference in
width between the rim and the tyre, it may
be necessary to deflate it).
