Important note in the case of repairs:
When returning the device for repair, for safety rea-
sons, ensure that it is free of oil and fuel when it is
sent to the service centre!
Periodic maintenance and care instructions
For a long service life as well as to prevent damage
and to ensure the full function of the safety devices,
the maintenance tasks described below must be car-
ried out at regular intervals. Guarantee claims will
only be accepted if these tasks have been carried
out properly and at regular intervals. There is a risk
of accidents if disregarded!
Users of chainsaws are permitted to carry out on-
ly those maintenance and care tasks described in
these operating instructions.
All other work may only be performed by a special-
ist workshop.
