Putting into service
Once you have completed the operations listed in the section
"Preliminary steps", the appliance can be put into service.
Proceed as follows:
– make sure that the appliance is connected to the mains as
described in "Connecting to the electricity supply"
– The display (1) lights up and shows the current temperature
inside the refrigerated cabinet
– The refrigeration system starts up and continues running
until the temperature inside the cabinet falls to the tempe-
rature setpoint.
NOTE:
If the display reads out an error code (e.g. CSd), refer to
the "Alarm codes and resetting" section.
3.2.1
Display indications
Indications on the display inform the user of active procedu-
res (e.g. defrosting) or current settings.
The following table lists the possible indications that can ap-
pear on the display.

3.2.2
Changing the temperature SETPOINT
To change the SETPOINT (default=4°C):
– press S
– the B LED starts to flash
– change the SETPOINT temperature using the A or V keys
– to exit the procedure, press the S key or wait for 15 se-
conds
– The B LED goes out.
If necessary, you can exit the procedure early by pressing the
O key. Changes to the SETPOINT will not be saved.
3.2.3
Defrosting
To begin manual defrosting, press the A key for 4 seconds.

may be performed automatically.
Proceed as follows to change the defrost interval:
– press the S key for 4 seconds
– the display reads out " PA "
– press the S key
– within 15 seconds, enter the parameter " PAS " (password)
using the A and V keys. The default value is -19
– scroll through the parameters using the A and V keys
until you get to parameter d0
– press the S key to display the setting
– set the value of the parameter (in hours) using the A and
V keys
– press the S key or wait for 15 seconds.
