2. Muscle stimulation: For the training of the muscles several EMS-programs are
available. Muscles can be strengthened and the endurance can be improved.
3. Massage: To relax the muscles and to improve the circulation the device has par-
ticularly suitable massage programs.
4. Incontinence treatment: To treat stress, urge and mixed incontinence special pro-
grams are developed. The device can be used successfully for bladder and bowel
incontinence.

3.1 Operating controls on the front of the device
The following diagram shows the operating controls of the DIGITAL FIT
1200. The exact operation of the device is described in this chapter.

1. The cover of the back of the unit has to be opened. 4 pieces of 1.5 volt batteries
have to be inserted into the device.
2. To use programs for pain therapy, muscle stimulation or massage the two
connection cables have to be introduced into the connectors on the top of the de-
vice. At each connection cable have to be connected 2 electrodes and placed on
the particular place of the skin.
