Operating Instruction
1. Intended use
This tester simulates a 24 V drawing car.
The power supply takes place externally
via a supplied 24-volt power pack. The fol-
lowing functions are supplied with volt-
age via a rotary switch: right indicator,
rear fog light, left indicator, reverse light,
right taillight, left taillight, stop lights and
permanently positive. In addition, voltage
can be applied to the following cables to test
these: brake pad wear sensor, pressure sen-
sor for spring-loaded cylinder, axle lift mech-
anism, data communication line.

Warning notices
Never attempt to open the test
case.
Protect the test case against impact,
extreme heat and
chemical contamination.
Store the test case in a dry place when
not in use.
When drawing current from the trailer
using the test case, ensure that the pow-
er pack is not overloaded as a result.
For this reason, only conduct test proce-
dures for as short a time as necessary.
Do not conduct any endurance or contin-
uous-load tests! Fire hazard
After completing the tests, disconnect
the power pack from the mains supply!
Fire hazard!
Ensure that all contacts are dry when
establishing a connection. You should
ideally connect the case to the mains
supply after inserting the connector!
