Crushed ice cubes
Topped up with cold milk froth
Prepare an espresso in a tall glass (350ml), add four or five crushed ice cubes. Prepare the cold
milk froth and carefully add three or four tablespoons to top off the glass.
Intense: Arpeggio Grand Cru / Light: Livanto Grand Cru

Glace pilée
Complétée avec de la mousse de lait froide
Préparez un espresso dans un verre à recettes (350ml) et rajoutez 4 à 5 cuillères à soupe de
glace pilée. Préparez de la mousse de lait froide et déposez délicatement 3 ou 4 cuillères à
soupe de mousse de lait par-dessus. Intense: Grand Cru Arpeggio / Léger: Grand Cru Livanto

tre o quattro cucchiai da tavola di schiuma di latte nella parte alta del bicchiere. Intenso:
