Close the appliance and turn the round knob clockwise to lock the housing. Press the on button to
automatically place the blade in the correct position.

The appliance has a safety system which makes sure that it will not work as long as the lever and
the housing are not down and locked.

Contains different knives for different cutting results and 1 nylon disc.
o The nylon disc should always be placed under a knife to push the vegetables out of the machine.

Important

Never use your or someone else's fingers to insert the vegetables

Never use frozen vegetables

Do not use wooden/metal or plastic objects except the polyethylene mesher that presses the
vegetables.
Cleaning and maintenance

Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the appliance.

Beware: Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!

Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild detergent).

Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use any sharp or
pointed objects. Do not use petrol or solvents! Clean with a damp cloth and
detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive materials.

Clean the ventilation slots (if applicable) with the vacuum cleaner.

Rinse the different knives, the grid and the plastic disc before use with lukewarm water.

Avoid as much as possible water contacting the electrical components

Never clean with a jet of water.

Wash the components by the hand.
