15. Submenu "Alarm"
• As described in chapter 10, briefly push the button "MENU" (5) to call the OSD menu. Then use the control buttons

a) Function "Motion detection"
If you switch on the alarm, the screen/DVR will output a sound signal when a change to the camera image has been
recognised.
The volume of the alarm sound signal can be set; see chapter 11. p).
• After calling the function with the button "OK" (8), you can switch the sound signal on or off with the control buttons "

• Save the selection with the button "OK" (8); then you will leave setting mode again.
To leave setting mode without saving the settings (cancel), briefly push the button "MENU" (5). The display
will switch back to the prior menu.
b) Function "PIR detection"
If you switch on the alarm, the screen/DVR will output a sound signal when the PIR sensor has recognised a heat
change in the recording area.
The volume of the alarm sound signal can be set; see chapter 11. p).
