6. Place ends of lines into notches (G) in spool (D), leaving 6 in. protrud-
ing.
7. Place spool (D) over drum (A), Feed ends of line outward through
eyelets (H) in drum.
8. Hold spool and drum securely with one hand, and pull each line to
disengage from notches.
9. Slide drum and spool onto mounting shaft.
10. Place spring (C) over mounting shaft, and secure spool with knob (B).
Turn knob counterclockwise to tighten.
11. Trim lines to 8 in. length.
