• Place the machine on its feet and mount the safety
feet (14) with the two hexagonal screws M6 x 40, 2
14
discs 6 mm, 2 spring discs 6 mm and 2 nuts M6.
• Put the machine where it is to be operated.
• With the rubber feet (c) you can adjust the stability
of the machine in that you release the lock nut, screw
the rubber feet inwards or outwards and then tighten
c
the lock nut again.

• Remove the four screws for the table insert (12) and
take out the table insert.
• Set the height adjustment wheel (14) to the highest
position of the saw blade.
• Release the screw (a) on the spitting wedge clamp and
position the splitting wedge between metal plate and
synthetic clamping block.
• Adjust the height of the splitting wedge in such way
that the gap between splitting wedge and saw teeth
has exactly the same width all along the curve of the
saw blade. It must not be wider than 5 mm.
• Secure the screw (a), in order to keep the splitting
wedge in its position.
• Reinsert the bench element (9).

• In order to remove the protection device (6), release
nut and screw and pull off the protection.
• In order to reinstall the protection device (6), position
it over the splitting wedge (5) and make sure the screw
fits into the slot of the splitting wedge.
• Adjust the protection device, so that the screw can fit
into the foot of the slot.
• Fasten the nut tightly. The protection device has to
rest on the bench top (2), but has to elevate when
the work piece is pushed against the saw blade. Note:
After sawing the work piece, the saw blade protection
has to return to its resting position.
• Connect the hose (7) between the output on the pro-
tection device (6) and one of the extraction nozzles
(18). A safety clamp is included. The second nozzle
(18) can be connected to a suitable extraction system
or a common vacuum cleaner.
Caution: The saw blade protection (14) has to be in opera-
tion position at all times, in order to avoid contact with
